Who do you hire for?
For ourselves and for our clients. Most open roles are technical and operational positions inside Western defence-technology companies building a presence in Ukraine — you work in Ukraine, on their product, with their engineering team.
Do you offer reservation from mobilisation?
Yes. Roles are full-time in Ukraine, in office, hybrid or remote format depending on the position, and include reservation from mobilisation.
What happens after I apply?
Every application is read by our Talent Acquisition Lead. The stages differ by role because the clients differ, and each vacancy page lists its own process — typically screening, an intro call, a technical interview, a security check, and an offer.
