THE BORDERLANDS GROUP READINESS ASSESSMENT

PHASE 02

Fund

When a unit asks for the product, we convert that demand into letters of request, letters of intent, and funded orders. Not before.

“There is no money in Ukraine” is the most expensive myth in this market. The money exists — it moves through channels most companies never see.

We activate a network of consultants placed inside the right Ukrainian institutions, defence attachés in Kyiv who fund purchases through national programmes, and rapid funding sources that pay cash for tests.

Two special government units hold their own budgets. Most European embassies run their own funding programmes. Allied procurement channels run in parallel.

We activate none of it until a unit has asked for your product. Demand first, then funding.

THE READINESS ASSESSMENT

Every engagement starts the same way

Three calls: a product and technical review with your engineering team, a team and readiness review against the Ten Rules, and a 60-minute decision call with Samuel Cook. You get a written readiness report and a clear decision. The fee is credited in full toward the engagement.

A fixed, credited fee. Scheduling begins within one business day.
