BOOK A CALL
Thirty minutes, straight answers
A conversation with Ira Hughes about whether Ukraine is the right move for what you are building — and, just as usefully, whether it is not.
Bring the product and the problem you are trying to solve with it. The more specific that is, the more useful the half hour will be. No charge, and nothing to prepare.
IF IT GOES WELL
The Readiness Assessment
Three calls and a written report on whether Ukraine will work for your product, and what it would take. If the answer is that you are not ready, you will be told that and told why.
- 01Product & technical review
With your engineering team: specifications, test data, resilience under electronic warfare, iteration capacity, and field support.
- 02Team & readiness review
Founder interviews against the 10 Rules; export posture, financial runway, production capacity, and validation of stated claims.
- 03Decision call with Samuel Cook
Sixty minutes. Review of findings and the written recommendation. A final decision, made together.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Before you book
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes with Ira Hughes on what you are building and whether Ukraine is the right move for it. Bring the product and the problem you are trying to solve. You get a straight read, including the read that says do not go.
Is there a charge for the call?
No. The call is free and carries no obligation. If it goes well the next step is the Ukraine Readiness Assessment, which is a paid engagement stated in writing before you pay.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. Have the product in front of you and be able to describe the problem it solves and where it has been tested. Specifics make the half hour useful; a polished deck does not.
