Samuel P.N. Cook

is a U.S. Army veteran, educator, and founder of The Borderlands Group. Samuel graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a cavalry officer in Iraq, where he led combat missions and advised allied forces. Following his deployment, he was selected to return to West Point as an instructor, where he taught history with a focus on military strategy, leadership, and international relations. After leaving active duty, Samuel pursued a mission-focused career in the private sector, founding companies that support humanitarian efforts, educational projects, and digital innovation. He is also the founder of the Borderlands Foundation, a nonprofit that supports Ukraine through communications, logistics, and veteran-led initiatives. Through The Borderlands Group, Samuel continues to serve mission-driven organizations operating in complex regions by offering discreet, strategic support rooted in discipline, integrity, and real-world experience.
